Tengo mail, mensajes ws, llamadas y siempre hay promesas de retornar el mensaje, de escribir y aclarar el asunto pero nada de eso acontece.
Esto es una tormenta!
Al parecer ellos no han pagado los impuestos portuarios a la naviera, la naviera perdió contacto con REX ya que ellos no contestan los mensajes, por esa razon no liberan el contenedor.
Es responsabilidad de ellos pagar esos impuestos con los miles de dólares que yo como las otras personas las cuales compartimos ese consolidado pagamos, enviar la documentación necesaria para poder liberar las pertenencias.
Me gustaría poder contactar a las personas que hicieron el envío de sus cosas en ese mismo contenedor para asi entre nosotros buscar una solución efectiva.
Porfavor no contraten esta empresa son un fraude.
Hago pública mi denuncia ya que tendré que optar por la ley y sera este un precedente.

EMRI shipped the container on a freight vessel operated by Hapag-Lloyd, but EMRI never paid the shipping or port fees. As such, Hapag-Lloyd refuses to release the container. Hapag-Lloyd has sent EMRI and its Operations Director, [Name removed by Sirelo], numerous invoices requesting payment. However, Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] has never responded, and as of Mar. 21, 2025 – 2 months after the container arrived in Valencia - these invoices remain unpaid despite EMRI receiving thousands and thousands of dollars in advance payment from those of us with items in the container.
EMRI’s fraud is also evidenced by the fact that it listed a moving company in Valencia called EuroMonde as consignee of the container on the shipping manifest. However, EuroMonde never contracted with EMRI to be consignee and had no knowledge whatsoever of the container until it received an email from Hapag-Lloyd notifying it of the container’s arrival. Again, EMRI is 100% lying when it says my items are delayed in customs. According to both EuroMonde and Hapag-Lloyd, my items have never even been submitted for customs clearance because the container and shipping manifest has not yet been released by Hapag-Lloyd due to EMRI’s nonpayment. Additionally, neither EuroMonde nor any other company has taken possession of the container to initiate the customs process.
On February 20, 2025, I informed Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] that I knew his claims that my belongings are stuck in customs is a lie because I was in contact with both Hapag-Lloyd and EuroMonde, and I knew the real reason for non-delivery was because EMRI had not paid the transport fees. Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] stated that he would speak with Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] and resolve the matter that same day. However, this was another lie, and EMRI has refused to respond to any further communications from me since that day. Both Mr. [Names removed by Sirelo] have also refused to respond to EuroMonde’s communication and attempts to resolve the matter.
Because of this total cessation of communication by EMRI, I hired an attorney in Costa Rica. On Feb. 24, my attorney spoke in person with Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo], who claimed EMRI's failure to comply was due to “logistic” problems and agreed to have the matter resolved by Feb. 28. This was yet another lie and stall tactic. After the Feb. 28 deadline came and went, my attorney again contacted Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo]who then claimed EMRI’s noncompliance was due to email issues. More stall tactics and lies. EMRI and Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] have failed to respond to my attorney's attempts to resolve the issue.
I have emails and text messages from Hapag-Lloyd and EuroMonde proving EMRI’s fraud and bogus claims of customs and logistics delays. The ONLY reason for the delay in receiving release of the container and delivery of my items is EMRI’s own continuing fraud and failure to pay the shipping fees.
EuroMonde – despite never contracting with EMRI – has agreed to help me and the other people with belongings in the container once EMRI pays Hapag-Lloyd and the container is released. However, EMRI has also refused to send EuroMonde its client list, thereby intentionally preventing us from contacting them.
I am positive that EMRI will reply to this review with more false statements as to why it has repeatedly failed to comply with our contract. Do not believe anything they say as it will be a ploy to deflect their misconduct. Please read the other customer reviews on Sirelo’s website that also attest to repeated instances of non-delivery by EMRI. I failed to heed these reviews – and now all of my belongings risk being seized by Hapag-Llody and/or port authorities due to EMRI’s fraudulent conduct.
EMRI needs to do the right thing by honoring our contract and immediately paying Hapag-Lloyd as well as send EuroMonde the client list so that the container can be released and our belongings delivered. If EMRI does not immediately comply, I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings, as well as seek governmental administrative relief against it in Costa Rica.Leer más

It's started very well, with a great pickup on the 24th of December in Costa Rica with a promise to deliver either on the 6th of January or the 12. We made our arrangements in regards of those dates. And then, on the 6th nothing, on the 12th nothing and when I asked I barely got answers or 'it's on the way'. The answer on the 15th was 'your belongings are still in San Jose' but I almost never received an update if I didn't request it. We are January 30st and maybe I will be delivered tomorrow. But still nothing sure.



Queremos informarle que la carga de su mudanza será entregada este viernes 22 de noviembre, 2024 ya que tiene que pasar los tramites de aduanas. La razón de la demora ha sido que su carga es un consolidado, lo cual significa que no llenaba todo el contenedor. Esto ocasionó un pequeño retraso mientras se completaba el espacio para el envío.
En Empaques Y Mudanzas Rex Internacional, estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestra estimación de tiempos de entrega, con el objetivo de que nuestros clientes tengan una mejor idea del tiempo que puede tomar cada mudanza y evitar inconvenientes como este en el futuro.
