Initial contact was very good. After was quite good but was with different people. For me I would like to have the continuity of one contact for all. One thing was two months of nothing happening, tied to port issues, but I had to contact about what was going on. Then things moved well, or as well as the shippers could do, given global shipping issues. Was good communication when load arrived to CR through delivery. Delivery was excellent. Overall was happy with this experience. The global shipping bollocks was the main negative. I would use them again.

Expectations
To be walked through the entire process by my assigned moving coordinator of the services I purchased from start to finished.
Have the third party moving company pack up my things and load them on the truck. I paid for this service ahead of time.
Was under the impression that the first additional fees and taxes bill I received included the additional fees and taxes for my car and it did not.


Outcome
This only happened during the intake process and during some travel/in-route part of the shipping process. The communication between the company and I started off great. The quality of communication tapered off after the third party moving company came to pick up my household goods and car.
I packed 85% of my household goods. The third party moving company was three hours late (outside the 8a-2p time frame without giving me a heads up) and was rude when they showed up. I am a 5’4 woman and the nearly 6 foot man I spoke with in person spoke down to me, treated me like trash and left my house because he didn’t want to listen to me. Then he had to come back to my house and finish the job and I had to make him apologize.
The bill to have my car received and delivered was a separate process and unexpected cost as it was not discussed with me prior to receiving the second bill. I ended up using a different company for this portion

Enjoyed
The intake invemtory process with [name removed by Sirelo] He was nice and accommodating.
Worked a payment plan on the additional fees for delivery of my car with multiple unexpected emergencies on my end.
Gantt chart to track household tracking which step of the shipping process you are on.

Had no idea when exactly the service ended - no email and no communication. No wrap up or summary of services was shared or communicated

Sometimes the company Gantt chart was correct and sometimes it was not.

Overall
This company’s services are expensive and lacking in the quality of services given which makes it difficult to recommend them to anyone else. I appreciate that the company worked with me to resolve issues I had during the process. However, most of the issues were caused by the company and were related to communication. That made the process very challenging. Between the unexpected additional fees, poor communication when it received communication at all and lack of communication, I am not sure why I paid so much up front. I would recommend looking at other options before deciding to go with the company.
