I got contact within 1 from the customer service team. Got my quote the next day and today they are here packing and it will be ship next week and hopefully be at my home by Thanksgiving!! Great communication from the whole team. Will recommend Empaques anytime!! Thank you guys for your service!!

In spite of not having received the shipment in Houston yet. So far, the process has been easier in every step. I've done this before. There aren't hidrances or overcharges in changing number of boxes, neither adding light pieces of furniture.
